This aluminium ring was found in a garbage pit near the entrance into a Finnish dug-out. There were also elements of sawed into parts Finnish mess-tin. So a soldier of Rask.Psto 12 (Heavy Artillery Battalion 12) during long Karelian evenings of the trench war had melted his mess-tin to make some handycraft. Possibly this ring didn't fit his finger.
Note that this ring has a flat side prepared for an individual seal.
