Finnish Army (see INT marks) bowl. It was produced in 1930, by Taloustarpeita factory in Helsinki. MM inscriptions can be seen in 3 places on the bowl.

possibly data

12/4-43 - it could mean 12th of April 1943, when the former owner had decorated his bowl during the trench phase of the Continuation war.
