The ID tag looks like it had been made by the owner, possibly instead the lost one.
* - There are (commonly) no not buried soldiers in Finland. The place in military cemeteries are reserved and gravestones are prepared for all the soldiers, even MIA. So re-burying of recently found remains cannot make a disorder in the cemetery.
